The Centre is based in Alness, in the Highlands of Scotland.

The Light Within is devoted to helping people feel better about themselves, by learning about their Light Within and enabling them to walk their pathway in contentment.

We provide a variety of alternative therapies, including Healing, Massage, Development and Meditation Groups to name but a few.

Life is a pathway we all have to tread, how you tread that pathway is your choice.  Some of us can walk the path with no problems, others need help.

It gives us all great joy to see people live a happier life, because the mind, body and spirit are as one.
